Thanks to all our very devoted adopters, friends, family, and people who just wanted to do something good for the horses, last time we ended up placing 5th in Washington State! We couldn't have done it without each and every one of your votes!

The 2009 $100K Shelter Challenge is starting up on Monday, April 13th. As with last time, we will be competing against HUGE rescues with dozens of volunteers and hundreds of supporters. Every vote counts, so please plan to vote often. ;D

Last time we didn't win any prizes, so let's try again. They offer a weekly prize to the rescue that gets the most votes accumulated in one week. Please plan to start voting on April 13th. Vote often, and tell your friends and family.

We have one horse in training, and 2 others ready for training, plus we need to erect some shelters this summer. So, we have some big expenses coming up and need your help. Thank you everyone!

Wow! Yesterday in the nation we were at #702, and today we are at #195. We were at #11 in WA State, and today we are #4! Thank you Valerie! You telling your friends and family made a HUGE difference. If everyone else can tell their friends and family, maybe we will really have a good chance at this.
